Introducing SecureCode: Improved security for your gaming account.

SecureCode is an improved security protocol for users of Maestro® branded debit cards issued by banks and financial institutions around the world.

A private code known only to you and your bank, SecureCode provides you with additional protection to guard against unauthorised use of your card. Now widely adopted as a banking industry standard, Victor Chandler is pleased to provide you with full support for SecureCode in your future account transactions with us. 

Here’s how it works...

Maestro® Account

If you’ve yet to choose your SecureCode, doing so is as simple as contacting the financial institution that issued your Maestro® debit card and providing them with the necessary information to confirm your chosen code for future use.

To assist you in this process, we’ve provided links below directing you to additional information to contact your card issuer and confirm your SecureCode.

Click on the logo for your bank for more information on activating your SecureCode.

NOTE: If your financial institution does not appear on this list, but you have a Maestro® card nonetheless, we advise you to contact your local branch for additional information.

Easy as 1,2,3

If you’ve already activated the SecureCode for your debit card, the next steps are as easy as 1,2,3.

From February 7, 2008 onwards, you will be automatically prompted to enter your SecureCode when making a deposit to any of your Victor Chandler gaming accounts. This prompt will appear in the form of a popup window presented by your particular financial institution. See below for one such example.

Note: Actual authentication screen will vary by financial institution.

Upon the appearance of this popup window, simply enter your SecureCode and press submit. It’s that’s easy.

Don’t worry. If you make a mistake and submit the wrong code or you have forgotten your SecureCode, an additional prompt will appear instructing you on the process to confirm your code with your financial institution.
