Rules

• You must have a real money account registered with VC Student Poker (no deposit required or purchase necessary)
• All participating players must be registered full-time or part-time undergraduate or postgraduate students enrolled at an accredited university, college or other higher or further educational establishment.
• Students winning live freeroll seats who reside outside of Continental Europe will only have airfare subsidised via a credit to their VC Poker account up to a maximum of £200.
• Students who have not updated their VC Poker account details to include a valid University email address prior to an event commencing who place in a winning position are required to submit proof of student status within one week (7 calendar days) of the event played or will otherwise forfeit all winnings.
• In the event of a player finishing in a “paid” position in any Student Championship event and not being able to provide proof of student status, it will be as if said player did not participate. Players finishing in the positions below will be “moved up” accordingly and awarded any prizes relevant to their improved finishing position.
• Players may participate in as many Stage 2 and Stage 1 Satellite events as they wish however; if a player has previously qualified for either a Stage 1 Monthly Final or the Live Freeroll and qualifies for the same event a second time, his/her seat will be awarded to the next place finisher that hasn’t already qualified for the event in question. This does not apply to prize monies won in these events which will be paid out dependant upon final finishing positions and will only be forfeit if a player is unable to provide proof of student status.
• Seats into the live freeroll are only available to players who have qualified through an online satellite tournament or one of the live events at individual universities.
• Entry into the live freeroll will be confirmed by a representative from Victor Chandler. All qualifying players will be required to provide proof of Student status in advance of the live final.
• The management reserves the right to add, remove or amend any rule during the course of the promotion without prior notice or warning.
